Hi everyone. I got a magicfly incubator and right now I am working on getting the temps right. My house is a little cold so I wonder if that is affecting the temp at all. I am in SoCal, it's still cold and windy here. As the warm weather comes, my house will heat up.
I have a hygrometer + Fahrenheit gauge inside of the incubator to help me figure out what is the right temp. 37.7C came up as 95F on the hygrometer. I had to bump the incubator temp up to 40.6C to get 99.5F
Is there some way for me to calibrate the incubator so it doesn't have to be 40.6C, or do I just leave it like that? I've got 6 duck eggs in there and if all goes well, they'll hatch April 1st.
