How to Deworm Roundworms with Molting Chicken

Valbazen is a great wormer, if you can get that and you can use it during molt. The Pyrantel Pamoate can be used also, I don't actually know the dosing for that as I've not used it.
Valbazen dose is 0.5 ml orally and repeat dose in 10 days. Shake the bottle well before drawing the dose, it settles out.

I've used Valbazen with birds in molt without weird feather regrowth. As a matter of fact, I dosed my birds with Valbazen this morning and half of them are in molt.
Dont buy Zyfend, it doesnt treat worms.

I am about to use Valbazen on 12 ducks and 2 chickens and 2 geese

Their weights range from 3 pounds to 13 pounds

Please do not say 0.5 ML as a dosage

Rather tell people to weigh their birds and give 0.08 per pound.

That dosage (0.5ML across the board) is only correct for a 6.25 lb bird. If I were to give everyone 0.5 ml, then my smallest birds would be getting double dosed and my largest birds would be getting only half a dose.
