How to Provide Emergency and Supportive Care - Updated 01/17/2021

We started raising chickens about a year and a half ago and are trying to get more in tune with their health and habits. I made a list of things to check and we plan on checking one chicken a week. Does anyone use a chart like this? Can anyone thing of something that should also be checked/observed? Appreciate any help in getting us off on the right foot.
