How to run corrugated roof panels

Anyway, the houses this all applied to WERE designed to be well ventilated. As much or more so than most houses and coops built today. These were designed and built with years of research and trial and error and they pretty much had figured out what worked and what didn't. And this during a time when keeping birds as we want to do was not a hobby, but a way of life. It simply had to work right.....or else.

When you see what folks come up with today, it is amazing how much of it has already been tried long ago and accepted or tried and rejected.

Also, my guess is the shingles the author refers to were wooden shingles.......not sure the asphalt / fiberglass shingles we use today had been invented yet.
