How young is too young for a rooster???

Ummm I cracked some eggs today and noticed what looked like a white disc on the yolk. When I cracked some from a couple of weeks ago at the same time I didn't notice this...

Now I think I have a rooster but he is only 10 1/2 weeks old. Is this possible? I might try and incubate some to see if it is!
