Huge Lump/Cyst on chickens leg, another growing on her other leg. Developed a scab

I was away for a month and came home to my rhode island red with a huge lump on her foot. It was there before I left but it didnt look very bad, and only when I have been away has it developed quite rapidly. It is also beggining to grow on her other foot.
I don't think it is bumble foot as it is more on her leg, and I did not see anything on the bottom of her foot that could have caused bumble foot.
She seems to be healthy and happy, it does not seem to be impacting her walking or digging at all. But it looks very nasty.
She also has some growths on her face which I thought is dry fowl pox. I wonder if it is related to her foot. Any advice would be greatly appreciated<3

I am not a vet, so any thoughts are just my opinion, but I would guess that it is some sort of skin cancer, possibly squamous cell carcinoma. A vet who could perform a necropsy if you lose her or put her down could help diagnose it. She has some small ones on her face and wattles. Here is some info with pictures:
