left foot

I have a black cochin bantam that wont stand on his left foot? The right one is all red from him putting all his weight on it, but the left one is the one hurting him! He limps when he walks and has a slightly runny nose. What is wrong and what do i do?!?!?!

It may be the start of bumblefoot. The first pic looks like it is pretty sore. Soak his feet in a warm Epsom salt bath in Paul or sink for 15-20 minutes. Spray the spare foot with Vetericyn and watch him for a few days. Being proactive saves lots of time and and the prevention of a lot of pain for your chicken. Bear hugs :hugs and best wishes on your sweet chicken’s recovery!
