Male or female. My leghorn keeps mounting. And this bird lets him. And had a mister out egg dropped from the perch just under it??? Either I'm confused or my birds are lol

Thank you! I really appreciate it. We're not supposed to have roosters, but many of my neighbors do, so hope the Frizzle boy will be ok (he's small, although I don't think that means he'll be quiet LOL).

I'm wondering why the chicken whose photo I'm attaching looks so different from the other Amercauna. More specifically, it has more pronounced neck feathers than the other Amercauna chick. It also has a feathered face, but maybe that's normal for the breed.

Thanks again!

She is a Easter Egger not a Amercauna.

Oh wow! We purchased two chicks from the hatchery we always use and whose birds look just like how they're supposed to look (although I'm clearly not an expert!) It doesn't matter since we don't have show birds or plan on breeding them, but no one likes deception.

Would you mind taking a look at this yellow bird and letting me know if its an Amercauna or not? Thank you!
