I am the proud mama of 25 assorted clean legged baby bantams.
They were shipped from Ideal yesterday and I got them from the PO this morning. That was so fast. I didn't have the brooder tested for 24 hours like I like to do. They are sleeping under the momma heating pad right now.
They are so cute I want to wake them up so I can see them lol.
here are some blurry pictures ...

No extras this time:(. But I'd much rather have healthy than extra:ya. But extras and healthy, That I would love.
Yes, A few have poofy heads. Maybe bantam polish?? Or mutants.
I'm keeping them all this time. Last time I got assorted bantams I sold most before I knew what they were. I looked for chubby cheeks but nope. I really wanted some EE, and D'anvers. Maybe they will fluff up.

Hey SunHwaKwon,
I think you're right about the EE. I found it today in the brooder and just posted on the breed/gender page.

You got the chick skills! You spotted my Japanese chick last January. Thanks again for your help:thumbsup

I love Ideal's bantam specials too. :love I didn't realize there were 4 polish, I think I confused one for another EE so you probably have only 1 EE with the other chipmunk non crested one being a Dark Cornish. I see a Barred Rock in this set of pictures (the black one with the white dot on its head).

The EE I see is yellow, not chipmunk. It is pictured at the waterer. But now looking again I see the chipmunk one you were talking about so I think there are 2.

They don't have bantam rocks so I think the black one with the dot is something other than Barred Rock. I will look through the pics and see if I can guess :)

Oo good catch, I didn't know that Ideal doesn't have bantam barred rocks. When I had an order of standard barred rocks there was a tiny one, I thought it was a bantam but now I realize it must've been a runt. I suppose the one that one chick could be a Barred Old English or Cuckoo Old English. Do you mean the yellow chick next to the Red Polish chick? I was thinking that one is a Japanese due to its size.
