I just got new hens.

One was just ending a broody when we got her She is no longer sitting on the nesting box. I was wondering when she might start laying again?

from what I have noticed, it can take a few weeks. I have never had one start to lay quickly after coming off the nest. Might even take a month. Depends on the bird, time of year, all that.

Could vary from days to weeks. Depends on when she decides it's time.
