Judging from the pics I have seen. A majority of them have at least some speckling. Not all have as much as that picture but they at least have a little bit. I think it varies according to the type of bird and every egg will be a bit different, too.

They are the same size as Turkey eggs.

My pea hen's eggs are light brown and not speckled at all. They look just like a chicken egg only a lot bigger.
