Both of them are scratching their faces more than normal. I’m treating with a worming cream and clotrimazole and doesn’t seem to be too effective. Should i buy miconazole and tolnaftate? Any tips?🙏

Without a vet taking a skin scraping to look for fungus under a microscope, it is hard to know if it is just dry winter skin and some missing feathers. Miconazole, clotrimazole, and tolnaftate all treat fungus. I would keep trying one of those, but coconut oil might also be effective if just dry skin. If favus lingers it can spread to the feathered areas. Here is an extreme case from Merck vet manual:
