Speaking of Serama... I set 12 in the bator today! I will be bringing the chicks to IA City if anyone wants to order early. I know, don't count your chickens blah, blah, blah. I know these are fertile! Plus, I am crossing my fingers

Am attaching pics of the fathers.

Will also have some 2 month old Pyncheons for your shopping pleasure! Very pretty birds and very docile. Great around kids.

Whats anyone else bringing? Clay, will you have a bird or two exhibited this year now that you have your own flock?

Looks like I need to go to the Minnesota State Show!

Great looking roosters!

Clay, there is plenty of time to enter your birds in the show. Hint hint.

I want to go to the show - but my hubby doesn't. If anyone is anywhere near Des Moines and the weather is good - I would have room in my car for passengers

HI, I am a new chicken and guinea mom and I live east of Eldridge, Iowa, we are almost neighbors! I have 8 chickens, 6 guinea fowl, 4 dogs, 2 horses and a goat. Grandma to 4!

Happy Halloween everyone! I bought myself a few new hens for my Halloween birthday. LOL I couldn't pass them up they were blue! Like I really needed another chicken. A few of my pullets gave me a special b-day present and laid their first eggs today. WOOT! Have a fun holiday.

I've considered it but my flock hasn't been tested ( I want NPIP testing soon) and I really don't have the time.

They can usually provide a tester. Last year I had all mine done at the show.
