Nice. Here is a picture of one of my youngest Buckeyes. View attachment 1324060 they look like single combs, but if you part the head fluff around it, it will show a small pea comb.
Wow they look just alike I’m in contact with Ideal now and they wanted photos so I sent the ones I posted on this thread Lili let y’all know what comes outta it thanks everyone for all your help, I’m so very greatful it does mean a lot to have someone to turn to, thank you
 
I think ideal poultry is most likely correct. Buckeyes and RIRs look similar when they are younger and Buckeyes are less common then RIRs.
 
Yeah, I was probably wrong, I didn't realize RIR chicks had brown beaks too. Though they are less consistent.
 
Hey there, hopefully I can help out some.

The larger chick looks like a Rhode Island Red to me also. Buckeyes have pea combs, and so at that young of an age their comb will be very flat, almost looking like they have no comb.
