Identifying Fertile Eggs

Hello everyone!

So my Silkie Roo is about 7 months old and he's taken to mounting and mating with my 1+ year old Silkie hens, Winnie and Buttercup (he doesn't fuss with the pullets). I recently collected an egg from one of my laying girls and cracked it open to see if it's fertile. I can't quite tell, so maybe you lovely folks can? Apologies for the poor quality of the picture.

I can see a bulls eye.
