Come spring it will get updated on a more frequent basis. Do I do anything different? Well, I've got very different chickens, I have a Yak, and I free range all my girls together and all my boys get a special "bachelor pad" - Which I honestly need to write a focused post about.

I loved reading your post, Wannabe Country Girl, about being being locked in the coop


I have a blog. I post about chickens, my pets, insects, local wildlife, homemade stuff I make, my home improvement projects, but it is mostly my organic garden and edibles plants. The chickens are my favorite part of practicing permaculture in an urban setting, so I do write about them a lot.
