I'm at a loss, problem with food !

It has been raining a lot here, missouri. and hot. I have noticed that when I go to put food (layer pellets) in there steel hanging feeder. Some of the pellets look kind a green and grey. What is causing this and how can I fix it. I scrape and clean it before putting food in but by the time i do it again its green on the bottom.any suggestions would be gratfully appreciated PLEASE... is it me, or the food or the weather or what!

Is your food getting wet? If so that's what could be causing it. I don't know what else it could be.
