And you can change the polarity by flipping a switch

The MAX output on the bigger adapter would be big enough to properly power the fans. The smaller adapter does not put out enough juice.

The bigger adapter has a max output of .5 Amps. Each fan requires .18 Amps to run properly and not burn up your adapter.
