And guess what? I have ducks sitting all over the property, but I don't need/want more ducklings, so I stuck pea eggs under them. That was about two weeks ago and I have not bothered them at all since then.

The kid just had some IV fluids to wash out her system of any medication and then her and the doe get to come home! Any recommendations on how to make transitioning the kid to the bottle easier (I have only bottle fed once before)?

Some will take to it right away, others take a bit more patience. If you have a difficult one you can put a little of the milk on your little finger, when it starts suckling slid the bottle into it's mouth.
