I think Pekin are on the quite side and supposedly make good pet ducks, the AFLAC duck is a Pekin. @MotorcycleChick has them. I have Anconas which aren't to terrible loud, although I don't know if they make good pets because mine aren't pets.

And, the domineckers he "gave" us were all roosters! I learned after researching that you can tell by looking what they are - so he purposefully gave me all those roosters!

Yes they can be sexed at hatch

so far so good, they may fly though, so wing trimming is recommended but not a necessity, and supposedly not until they are a year old
they are little so little messes


mine are pets no SQ, so their beaks are too long, and other flaws but i dont care
