When my neighbors were hoarding, they had to go down to 8 cats, and get them fixed. Call animal control.

Tried that. There isn't enough concrete evidence, as the dogs are well taken care of (as far as I can see) so legally, AC can't do anything, I don't think.....

It was the one Duckling found. I knew that, but for some reason, I was stuck on doves laying three eggs per clutch. When they switched last night, I picked up the egg, and there were no others in there. Mom then sat down.
How many people can mess with a wild bird nest, and not have to worry about it? These doves are awesome!
