My seramas have mites! I gave them some ash to dust bathe in. I am going to get dawn to wash the worst ones. I ordered Nu-stock (supposed to work really well) and am going to clean the cage later. Any other precautions I can take?

Ivermectin pour on is ineffective against cecal and capillary worms and large roundworms are showing resistance in chickens. The reason is because more people use ivomec products as a miteacide rather than its primary purpose as a wormer in chickens. Worms have built resistance to ivomec products in chickens because of this, including eprinex. Ivomec products are still effective against mites in chickens.

see how the fan for this model is mounted and the fan pushes air out the sides? if you install a computer fan, you may have to put a shield up to push the air out to the heating elements.
