Sweeter Heater?

Hiya, whites!

My one and only Sweeter Heater is in use with the 4-week old chicks. Besides, it's only 11"x16", which would be enough space for maybe 6 of the 8-weeks olds to get under...

No pins or fuzz. The only places that look anything life fuzz is on their butts. I did notice there aren't a lot of feathers on the cheeks of the cockerels, but the pullets look fine. Most of them look like this:
