interesting, I have never hatched guins. I should sometime. hubs warned me about them, never bring an egg into the house. perhaps its time eh? ha ha ha

I am making a coolerbator for @sarasweatman as a gift because she is a friend and also very giving and kind. And would love her to have more bator space and a good steady incubation..... I,have six chicks one black serama,four ee,one blue,silver chick from one of your green eggs.eleven pips.and nine with nothing from what I see.

Is the foam for the roof hollow to fill or does it pour on top. Is it light weight concrete? Is this cost comparable to stick frame? Nice building site. Well water?

No, it's not hollow, but it has a steel grid on each side for pouring on top and spraying underneath. Two people can easily carry these around. I think it costs a little more initially because of the costs of the blocks and concrete, but when finished, I'd say it's comparable and generally less expensive to heat and cool. Yes, well water.
