Fire Ant Farm
Get off my lawn
I have one of the same waterers that is in this photo - is it hanging? I use it raise on cinder blocks.
Would you say it is reliable to hang and not fall/spill?

Thanks Benny!! looks awesome!
very nice CH whats yer update?
when they are at room temp after a few hoursQuestion about stored egg temps. I had read on here to store the eggs between 40-50F. I'm ready to fire up the Bator again (only got 1 chick out of the last batch but have purchased a fan kit now. Maybe that'll help).
The eggs are obviously cold, but I am wondering how long I should wait, or if it's nessisary, before putting them in the incubator once I get the Bator temp stablized.
have you found this section yet? @chant

Hey guys!
My show went great. My 5 and a half month old Cockeral got 4th out of 15 prospect birds. All my birds beat there previous scores but unfortunately the hens froze on the table. I got a new pair though and the rooster made it to the second tier.
@Sally Sunshine
Also I have been helping a chick for 2 days and it finally hatched!
@Sally Sunshine
I hope it's nothing serious, but I know if it's hurting and swollen, it's serious enough! Just see how much you can get done with it elevated... maybe alternate between heat and cold to get the soreness and swelling down. Hoping it'll be okay on it's own, but if it doesn't show improvement soon, you'd better get it x-rayed. You only have one spare foot, so take care of it!!!Well, folks, I think I may have a stress fracture or some similar type injury of my foot. It hurts A LOT, and it's that deep bone pain hurt, and it's swollen. I had SO much I needed to do today, and I got almost none of it done - though I did partially puzzle out my egg eater situation. (Dax, I've been thinking about you constantly - is your injury left or right?)
I can't have this - I HAVE A THREE DAY WEEKEND! AND CHORES TO DO! AND ANOTHER BROODER TO SET UP! AND GROWOUT PENS TO BUILD! AND AND AND....
Sorry, I wasn't intending to complain so much as I just needed to vent my frustration.
