I know I am behind, but the other part of our breakfast everyday is green juice. We have that first thing upon waking, before breakfast. We juice kale, celery, apples, cucumbers, spinach, bee pollen, wheat grass, beet greens, etc. Just didn't get a picture of it.
May be, but you can't possibly maintain your health for very long on so little sleep on a daily basis. I hope you can find a way to sleep, somehow. I worry about you, manI think it has ALOT to do with my Anxiety issues Ken
