That sounds better. Are you using a styrofoam incubator? If so you can set up a air tube from a pet store with that and a clean baster add water when needed without opening the lid and losing that valuable moisture

I learned from 's sally that a still air should be 102HAS ANYONE USED AN EGG O METER?
When using the regular egg size egg-o-meter with small Silkie eggs in a still air incubator .... do i need to adjust temp. up because bigger egg sits higher up in warmer air? i feel i should be running it on 100.5.... ???

Those who found them in their lunch pails would shout, "Whoopie!"Chocolate Peanut Butter Whoopie Pies Ingredients:Filling:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first five ingredients and set aside. Beat together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, blending well as after each addition. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well. Add dry ingredients, blending until just combined. Grease cookie sheets. Scoop 1 ounce of batter and drop onto pans. Bake 12 minutes, then allow 5 minutes for cooling before removing from pans. For filling, beat butter until smooth. Blend in sugar until well incorporated. Add vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. Assemble whoopie pies by placing heaping spoonful of filling on one side and sandwiching other side onto it.
