i have a bunch of computer fans but the one in the hova bator is ac and 110v (whereas comp fans are 12v and dc)
soooo, yeah i have to find something suitable

I found the replacement for my Octagon 20 here - https://www.westfloridacomponents.com/

Eta - they shipped quickly, and the price wasn't bad. No more than Brinseas price, and Brinsea was out of stock.

thanks, i'll take a look, i think tonight i am going to disassemble it a bit so i can get measurements, like whether its a 90mm, 80mm, or 120 etc

Thanks! Glad to help. I had the actual part number from mine, so google found them for me. Lots of old, hard to find stuff though, so I'm sure I'll use them again.

Maybe! Because mine wasn't visible until I removed it. The label was facing the top.
