we dont use the heater in winter so we save the money to use the air conditioner in the summer florida gets so hot sheesh tv said a storm was gonna come but i dont see any weather showing a storm that would cool it down a bit im gonna do the rain dance

We just had a thunderboomer pop up and it went from stifleing(sp) hot with no breeze (110 heat index) to 84 degrees and 65 mph winds.

It felt SOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!

I was thinking if my newly hatched chicks were a couple days old I could move them to the chick coop and not even need a heat lamp! Temp reached 100F today and we have high humidity too.

I think they would be just fine... My ducklings haven't had any supplemental heat after day 2.

I have a few older chicks out there so I want these to get a few days age first. The wouldn't have needed supplemental heat today!
