It seems stiff and is standing up and she doesn't like it being touched in any way shape or form

That is the oil gland, it is normal. Dont mess with it.

ok thanks that one less thing I have to worry about all my girls have worms, several have a small case of bumble foot, and one is dying of egg yolk peritonitis so I'm glad something is normal
