information overload-looking for info foamy eyes

i can't find an answer for my chickens' bubbly eyes. both have bubbles in the lower corners. no other symptoms. i'm getting ready to go to town & buy antibiotics. looks like tylan or terramycin? i'd like to treat in water for all 12 chickens. any info/links would be great!

thanks scarletbaby. i am starting oxytetracycline in the water for all girls. her eyes aren't swollen luckily. i wiped the bubbles from her eyes & they haven't come back. she's shaking her head though, so i'm sure there's more 'stuff' in there. i appreciate your info.
