INJURED chick... pecked.. treatment advice??

Hi all..
i hatched some chicks (some under hen, some in incubator)
my brother had a broody hen sitting on eggs, so after mine incubated we did a swapsy.. this morning hen had taken to only one of the 3 chicks (2 black and a white) and today he returned to me one black and one very pecked little white one.
i had a close look, pecking is pretty bad, lots of exposed flesh.
i have sprayed with an anticeptic spray and put in the incubator for warmth (still one egg to hatch)
please advice on some good tips to help the little chick out..
i will give it some food and water ASAP
