injured chicken from attack!

if you read the thread "FLOCK ATTACK!!!!!" You will understand the back story. anyway 6 chickens were killed and 7 are alive unharmed(i think those are the right numbers?)
but one was not to lucky my black Australorp got a nice gash on her back, any advice on how to help her heal?

Could you post a pic of the gash? The important thing is to keep the wound clean, a stertile saline wash would be great.

Reduce stress from environment, weather, temperature as much as you can.

Keep her dry.

this was the picture from yesterday afternoon, i noticed that we are gonna need to clip some feathers around the wound, can i use copper sulfate in any way?

Do you have any vet wrap on hand? if so clean the wound, cover in neosporin, put gauze over wound and wrap.

i dont think i have vet wrap but i have medical tape???

One thing i forgot, you will want to trim a bit of the feathers around the wound, it will make it easier to work with. Vet wrap only sticks to itself and would be ideal, but medical tape will work as well.
