Injured foot update/ is this ok?

Hello All,

I posted last month about an injured foot that I thought was infected. I gave her epsom salt soaks, and put antibiotic lotion on and her swelling went down and seems to be getting better.

My question now is that it seems all of her scales? have fallen off that foot and its now all white skin.

Is this normal?

I am not sure? But you could try and keep her isolated until you see signs of scales?

We kept her isolated indoors for a couple of weeks, but she would not eat anything and lost a bunch of weight. As soon as we let her out again, she ate well gets around ok.

I would try and leave her then. If you see her limping any more / or if she does. Isolate her and try and do what I said before.

It sounds like she will be alright. I have a bird that has mites again so I have to treat her tomorrow. Her legs are also white. She is fine and no one bothers her.
