Injured rooster foot

I have a rooster that has a foot that is injured. My friend said it could be bumblefoot but idk. I went to go hold him this morning around 10ish and he seemed fine, just weezing a little bit. All of a sudden I noticed his foot was bleeding.

I need to know what to do for this and how to help him. He's about 3 years old and I have held him almost every day since he was a chick.

Also I need a remedy to help his weezing.

The blood is likely from a broken feather, if the bleeding hasn't stopped, then pull the bleeding feather>
