So they were fine till lockdown at that temp. Why now and not the whole 21 days

I am not an expert in incubating, but if you incubated them at 39.5 c that is too hot. 37.5 c is what they should have been.

Should I start piping one to make sure it's dead or ?now I'm so lost.

Start over but first go out and buy you another thermometer and calibrate it.
You cannot trust the reading on your incubators screen.

That doesn't look like it just died today... It looks like it's been dead for at least a week.

They were all moving I could see feet and all moving just fine. I think when I took my rocker out and set them for lock down the temp was a tad bit hotter on bottom then in rocker.
