I have 4 Isa Brown's that are 8 weeks old and your's looks exactly like mine and they are all pullets. If they were brown when you got them they are all pullets. The male Isa Brown chicks are a really light, bright yellow color.

Yes unless they snuck a different breed in the bin which is also entirely possible. You won’t know for sure until they’re older.

North 40… idk if you’re familiar they’re a larger farm store around here. Idk how far they spread.

I don’t think we have those here. But it is possible a chick was put in the wrong bin then. I wasn’t sure if you ordered from a hatchery or not which makes the wrong breed less likely but wrong gender could still be possible in that case. But since you didn’t, it’s either a male sex link OR! Possible female of another breed but could still be male either way. I would post again around 6-8 weeks and we could probably tell you.
