Is one winter waterer enough?

My coop is 4' x 8' and has 10 chickens. The run is about 25' by 25'. I always have water and food inside and out. With winter coming to Western Mass soon, do you think one heated waterer inside the coop would be fine? I assume they will go into the coop for water if they are thirsty.
Thank you for your options.

The one waterer will be fine inside for them. That's really tight space for ten (standard?) birds. How's the ventilation? If your run is covered and predator proof, the coop door could be open all the time, which will help the crowding. I add two layers of plastic sheeting around the lower six or seven feet of my run to block the wind in winter, and it's good. Pictures? Mary

5 of the 10 chickens are bantams. They have lots of ventilation and that can easily be adjusted. Thanks for your replies. If I had a bigger coop then I would have more chickens. If I had more chickens then I would want a bigger coop. If I had.... Lol
