Is this 10 week old Barred Rock a pullet or cockerel?

S/he has no pointed feathers except on part of the tail. The waddle and comb are more pink than red and the part that is closest to the neck still has a little yellow to it. This is my first Barred Rock

Thanks for your comments. At least it seems like my neighbors are okay with one so I'll keep him unless he becomes aggressive. How can you tell he's a little roo?

The tail feathers are "placed" differently than a pullets.

I think the whitish one is a pullet, not sure about other
