Is this a Rooster?

Can you get a closer side view of the rooster in good light? Hackle and saddle feathers are what I'm looking at/for. My BO were really hard to tell if female/male for several months. But nothing I can see so far says "male" to me.

Yeah that's what I believe as well. Ha ha . Finding a home will be hard. Poor roosters. I love them but neighbor's will freak.
