He chases me and stares at me and pecks me.One time another male duck flew in my back yard it was a mallard my duck(cresed male) pretty much graped the poor duck by the neck and tryed to rape it whats up with that?

Dominance I guess. The duck has to know, though, that you rank above him.

It is aggression but not the kind we are used to. You have one duck and ducks are flock animals controlled by pecking order. your duck has yet to decide who is boss there, you or him. he is also probably very horny with no female (you really need to get him a lady) and will try to dominate and rape anything that looks like a duck. he needs companionship! do you both a big favor and adopt another of the same breed that is female, preferably two.
