This chick that hatched has a weird bump on their belly. It's not around their vent. Is there anything I can do to help, and will the chick live?

Looks like an unabsorbed yolk sac.
Can you brood it by itself in a clean flat area so the sac doesn't get broken?

The chick is roughly 1 day old now, in the picture it was roughly 6 hours old.
If it's still like that when I get home this evening I will. The picture was from last night, I didn't think to check it this morning.

Yep that is an unabsorbed yolk sac. I would also suggest what @Kiki said to brood it an a clean, flat area. By the looks of it, it will probably go in, but time will tell.
