Yes, it looks like it could be considered bloody. Are any of your chickens acting sleepy or lethargic? If they are, they might have Coccidiosis. If not, this might just be some rather red shed intestinal linings.

It's a chick and the wings look dodgy to me also. Wil apple cider vinegar help coz it usually takes ages to get medicine

Looks like intestinal lining to me. I have seen a few healthy chickens poop that had some of that in it. I had a few get coccicida once and the blood in the poop was without a doubt dark red and bloody.

If the chicken is hunched up and lethargic with fluffed feathers though treat for coccidiosis with Amprol/Corid.
