Is this deadly for my family!?

New to the hobby and have a mystery illness spreading across 2 hutches of Quail layers. The only symptoms are lethargy, ruffled feathers, closed puffy eyes with feather loss around the eye and diarrhea. My question is are the eggs of the symptomatic layers safe for consumption or should they be discarded?

And in the event I am unable to stop the spread of this illness and decide to cull the affected layers can their meat be safe for consumption or should they also be discarded?
