Is this humidity too high

I have a chick that was an assisted hatch in the incubator along with a chick with just his beak out the humidity in the incubator could possibly get over 90 percent is this too high will it kill the chicks

It does get extremely high when they hatch. You do not want it to hold at that temperature for a length of time, but if the chick is just coming out i don't see the issue. Your meter is calibrated yes?
