Isolated Chicken PLEASE HELP

My one year old hen is staying away from the flock. She has always been the "leader of the flock" and bossing them around, causing fights etc.
Today is the second day she has been staying away from the rest of the flock. She has been hesitant to eat, staying in the back corner of my coop, and her wings are drooping. I have a 12' wide X 25' long run that they only have access to during the day time. (I call them all in when it starts getting dark and close the run door) Their coop is open fronted and sometimes finches fly in and out. (Maybe its a disease from them?) I don't know if she has layed in egg today or yesterday. This isn't normal behavior for her. Any ideas what is happening to her?

Her poop is normal, mushy/solid (normal chicken poop). She is a sapphire splash. Shes the one in the back of this picture

Shes not a roo, thats a younger pic of her, she looks like one though
And I don't think roos lay eggs
