Keet Mareks disease?

I have a Keet around 6+ weeks old one day started limping the next day was dragging its leg. I took it away from its mother and brought it in the house. At first thought one of the Guineas had injured it (they can be ruff). Could not see any injury, it just could not use its leg. None of the other birds showing any sign of Mareks disease. Now after more than a week of pampered care no improvement of the leg. She is eating and growing a lot, what can I do? Can't give her back to her mother, her siblings are roosting with mom already. And if she has Mareks it's contagious. She hobbles around on one leg and a wing. I don't know what to do Help!
