Can you let chickens drink beer, or is it true that they have no method like burping, to expell the co2?

I've read that kobe cattle are given a lot of beer, and that's part of what makes them so tender.

Course, I think chicken meat woulld have to 'fat marble' like beef does for this to work...

The Kobe cows also spend a large portion of the day getting massaged. Are you going to start rubbing you chickens down too?

(I want to be reincarnated as a Kobe cow!)

OK I'm gonna get in trouble for this one but I'll share...

I have poored Coors Light into my hand and given the hens a sip.
It was more a curiousity thing but they seemed to love it.

The big problem now is beer is always missing from the fridge
and I hear loud parties out in the coop.

Yes, yes, PC, but the OP asked about letting the chickens have beer.

Actually, I wanna know the answer to this one, re: carbon dioxide and hen belching.

We'll be making beer here next year. I'm guessing all the waste products from brewing will make fabulous chicken feed.

I googled "Do chickens fart" for my kids, and it seems chickens do fart. So I'm guessing they burp as well. Just daintily due to their size. Not fratboy belching the alma mater kind of burps.
