Lakenvelder: Roo or hen?

I think it's about six weeks old now. Lakenvelder I believe, but not sure on the sex?

Boy, that's a toughie! When I first looked at the pics I said ROO, but the more I look at its markings, etc., could very well be a pullet...you never know til they crow!!

I'm guessing cockerel, based on comb/wattle development and just his "look".

I'm leaning towards pullet. The comb may be large, but it isn't that red. Also, the bird's overall appearance just looks pullet-y to me.

Hmm...I guess we will have to wait and see! I'll wait a week or two and get new photos of him/her.

Here are some new photos of him/her from today. Just looked at the calendar and he/she's 8 weeks old today. Starting to look more like a roo to me...thoughts?
