Lakenvelders

Here is my pair of Lakenvelders. They are about 7 months old. They are flighty, but not unfriendly. The hen just started laying abot a month ago.

i have no idea what happed , she was fine the day before the only thing that i noticed was when she tries to breath it was hard ans she made some noise when she was breathing

Just receieved mine on the 17th of this month. Ordered 10 and got 11. Actually they are for my son, he's 14 and decided that he likes chickens.

Wanted to let Laknevelder People know, I got my first Lakenvelder egg today. It was king of pointy looking (bullet) thing.
I have had Lakenvelders in the past and didn't care for them too much they were too flighty. These that I have now are still flighty but not as flighty as the ones that I had before. I thinkl I may grow to like these.

I have 4 Golden Lakenvelders brooding in the garage waiting to go to the coop! I tried today to give them some tuna fish. They were horrified.
